Cresco’s COVID-19 Response

A Message to Our Community:

During this unprecedented time, our highest priority is the health and safety of our employees, patients, customers and communities we operate in. The COVID-19 pandemic has altered the daily lives and disrupted the livelihoods of everyone in this country, with some communities, groups and individuals impacted more than others. With our operational states acknowledging cannabis as an “essential” industry, we understand Cresco’s responsibility to continue operations, to be stewards of this industry and to be leaders in our communities. We are committed to doing our part to maximize our impact and help those most affected by these unfortunate circumstances.

We will continue to operate our dispensaries during regularly scheduled hours, as permitted, to ensure our patients and consumers have access to cannabis products that they rely on for their daily wellness and quality of life. We have heightened already-stringent sanitation measures and implemented new procedures at the retail level to ensure adequate social distancing between employees and customers. Some of these measures include online ordering, text message staging notifications, home delivery (where applicable) and curbside pickup.

Our cultivation and production operations will continue to operate with elevated sanitation, quality and safety programs, which have been designed to mirror the highest standards used by food and beverage manufacturers across the country. In accordance with the guidance provided by the CDC, and with support from our company’s Public Health and Epidemiology consultant, we are taking every step possible to provide the healthiest environment at our facilities nationwide.

We recognize how much of a vital role our frontline team members are playing to help our patients and customers get the essential products they need, and we also realize how important it is to make sure they know how essential they are to our business, especially during these unprecedented times. To that end, we are offering an essential pay program offering additional compensation for all frontline team members at our dispensaries, cultivation facilities and distribution locations, as well as supervisors and managers at these locations.

In a challenging time like this, it is also important that we look out for people in our communities. We are currently hiring and training restaurant industry and hospitality service workers who have recently lost their jobs for full-time positions at our Sunnyside* dispensaries. We also are partnering with numerous local restaurants to deliver lunches daily to our staff, while also helping to keep restaurants active during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to identify opportunities to support our local communities as it is simply the right thing to do.

You have our commitment that we are doing everything we can to provide a healthy workplace for our employees and communities and a safe shopping experience for our patients and customers. We will continue to stay close to our partners, health authorities, and local officials and provide regular updates regarding this rapidly changing set of circumstances.

Stay safe, and we will continue to do everything within our power to serve the community.
